Sample Term of Service

  • Before we determine the price of our items, customers can submit us furniture design drawings, and we will forward them to the production department.

  • As a basis for determining the price of the sample product, the production department will calculate the cubication of teak wood that will be required to make the sample product according to the previously proposed product design.

  • The customer will then be informed of the sample product price and shipping cost.

  • If the customer agrees and transfers the cost, we will process the product for 2-5 days and ship it in accordance with the agreement

Prices

  • Our prices is 20% lower than from retailer and agent.

  • We will give you grocery prices with term of service.

  • We always provide ex-work prices during the initial conversation with any of our customers.

  • Once the ex-work price has been decided, we will let you know what the FOB price will be.

  • All products, including samples, are subject to this.

  • Is it possible to use the cost of the sample product as a benchmark for the cost of mass production? No, because the resources needed for unit and mass production are different.
